Shipping & Returns

Delivery Method
We ship to all states and territories in Australia. We ship to all residential and business addresses, PO Boxes and parcel lockers.
No international shipping.
 
Shipping Fees
Standard shipping starts at $7.81 and takes 4-9 business days.
Express shipping starts at $10.31 and takes 1-4 business days. 
These are delivery estimates and parcels may take longer especially to regional and rural locations.
Note: When checking out, you have the option of insuring your package for $3.5. This requires the courier for a signature on delivery.
  
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been paid for and shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. 
The postage tracker will identify when your order has been dispatched and ready for delivery to your home, if delivery is unsuccessful (no one is home) the goods can be picked up from your local Australia Post office.

Same-Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 1PM are dispatched on the same business day.
Orders placed after 1PM are dispatched on the next business day.
There is a countdown clock on each product page to give you an indication of when you need to order to receive same-day dispatch.
 
Discreet Packaging
All our parcels and packages are 100% discreet. No information regarding the contents or Cheap Smokes is visible on the outside of the box or satchel. We understand everyone's circumstances are different and we place strong importance on keeping our packaging plain and simple. You can safely have your parcel delivered to your home or office as there will be no indication of the contents inside.
 
Packaging
For smaller orders, we use padded mailbags which have a barrier of bubble wrap that provides the ultimate security and cushioning performance. These cushioned mailbags are resistant to moisture, tears and punctures.
For larger orders, we use sturdy cardboard boxes filled with packing peanuts. These boxes are sealed with heavy-duty packaging tape to guarantee your items get to you safely.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at .
